MAA EXECUTIVE BOARD

Traci Lowery, President

Ryan Gresham, Vice President

Ryan Gresham is the current Vice-President of the MAA board. He has lived out in morada for over 20 years. He is also involved in other morada oginizations the Morada MAC along with the Waterloo-Morada Fire District. He is passionate about making his community a better place. He works as a real estate broker.

Temple Gallagher, Treasurer

Temple has lived in Morada for 28 years. She was born and raised in Lodi, moved to North Stockton during teens. They bought their first home in Morada in 1998. They wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

She joined the MAA Board in January of 2025, when the need for a Treasurer arose. She has a deep passion for getting involved to better the community. In the past she has served as Davis School PTA President, many positions on the Morada Little League Board, and the Past President of Family Promise of San Joaquin. She currently works for a contractor and hold the Treasurer position for several Church's in Stockton. Temple is currently also the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator for the Morada community.

Temple and John enjoy living in Morada and enjoy the country-life feeling and close neighborhood community. They love to walk around our beautiful neighborhood.

Gordon Rupp, Area Representative 5

Gordon moved to the Stockton area in 2007 with his wife Carolyn. His background includes Police/Fire/EMS/SAR/Disaster Recovery. Currently working as a volunteer with the Stockton Police Department and a Planning Section Chief with Team Rubicon. Gordon and his wife work from home working in the insurance industry. He stays involved in community events looking for ways to improve the Morada community. Current member of the Morada Area Association and the Municipal Advisory Committee.

Debbie O'Sullivan, Membership Chair

Debbie O’Sullivan long time resident of Stockton since 1986. She has been a resident of Morada for the past 5 years. In 2022 she was our area rep for Region 2 then became our membership chair in 2024. Debbie enjoys meeting our residents and connecting people with resources and our residents. She is actively involved with our community events and decorating the house for all holiday events.

Lola Malet, Area Representative 2

Lola Malet is a lifelong Morada resident who attended Davis School. She has been a two year District Representative for the Morada Area Association. She is married to a retired physician. She is a grandparent of four. She has worked as a Respiratory Therapist for St. Joseph's and Kaiser. She continues Kaiser administrative work. Her interests include travel, dancing, Harvest Bible Church activities, raised bed gardening with master gardener certification, biking and skiing. She promotes the safety and security of fellow Morada residents.
